Maintenance Supervisor - Onsite Housing & Make-Ready Lead

Greystar seeks a Maintenance Technician for Avana Matthews in Matthews, NC. You will diagnose and repair issues in units, perform routine upkeep on community grounds and facilities, and coordinate with vendors to keep the property in top condition. You will help with make‑ready tasks, safety procedures, and inspections, while providing excellent service to residents and supporting the Community Manager with basic budgeting and cost controls. #J-18808-Ljbffr Greystar
