Sales Executive – Residential Heating & Cooling Greater Cincinnati Area $30/hour + Commissions

What You'll Do:
- Sell residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, and furnaces
- Educate homeowners on indoor air quality solutions and preventative maintenance programs
- Provide professional consultations and system recommendations
- Build lasting relationships with customers in the Cincinnati area
- Collaborate with our certified service and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We're Looking For:
- Prior HVAC experience preferred
