The Automotive Sales Representative will join a medium-sized sales team specializing in used cars and electric vehicles. This role involves engaging individual consumers, driving sales through effective prospecting, presentations, and relationship management, all while meeting monthly sales quotas in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential customers to generate sales leads
• Present automotive products effectively to individual consumers
• Coordinate and oversee customer test drives
• Negotiate sales terms to close deals successfully
• Maintain and build long-term customer relationships
• Track and report sales activities and progress toward targets
• Analyze market trends to identify sales opportunities
• Follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in automotive sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of automotive products, including used cars and electric vehicles
• Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service principles
• Strong negotiation skills
