Retail Sales Associate

Location: Davenport, IA
Pay: Starting at $20/hour + Commission
Expected Earnings: Successful Sales Associates earn $60,000+ annually

Schedule

Tuesday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a responsible, results-driven, and highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our client's team. This position requires candidates with genuine face-to-face retail sales experience. While jewelry sales experience is a plus, it is not required-the client provides comprehensive on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional in-store service.
Identify customer needs and recommend products that create value and drive sales.
Meet or exceed individual sales goals while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
Process transactions accurately and maintain customer records.
Assist with store operations, including merchandising, opening/closing procedures, and maintaining a clean, organized showroom.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of face-to-face retail sales experience required.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
Motivated, dependable, and results-driven with a passion for sales.
Comfortable handling transactions, basic math, and administrative tasks.
Willingness to learn, participate in training, and grow within the organization.
