Regional Sales ManagerWe're looking for a Regional Sales Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships and driving revenue in the power services industry, specifically with industrial and commercial clients. In this role, you'll identify new opportunities, cultivate long-term partnerships, and help expand RMS Energy's footprint across key markets. You'll be the face of our brand in your region and play a vital role in connecting customers to high-impact electrical solutions.What You'll Do:Manage sales performance across an assigned U.S. regionBuild and adjust annual and quarterly sales plans to align with evolving goalsGenerate a consistent pipeline of qualified quotes and proposalsConduct regular outreach to new and existing clients to build trust and identify opportunitiesMaintain strong communication lines and rapport with all accountsFollow up after project completion to assess satisfaction and identify next stepsRepresent and promote RMS Energy's services throughout the industryParticipate in trade shows and approved professional organizationsDevelop detailed proposals based on RFPs, RFIs, or direct customer requestsTrack sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM (Zoho)Protect sensitive information in line with company confidentiality policiesThe Experience We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a technical field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of successful B2B sales experience3+ years of sales experience in the energy or construction industryAdditional Requirements:Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight trips as neededValid driver's license with a clean driving recordMust pass a background check and drug/alcohol screeningFlexible to work overtime, weekends, or evenings as neededComfortable working in varied conditions, including outdoors, around heavy machinery, or near high-voltage systemsWhy Join RMS Energy: We're not just another power services company.
