Successful experience in financial or billing records preferred. REPORTS TO: Human Resource Director JOB GOAL: Perform routine clerical duties in the maintenance of assigned records at a District office. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT : Salary and terms of employment according to approved salary schedules. EVALUATION : Performance will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the district evaluation plan.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer telephone; check in guests and assist in notifying employee of guest; take and relay messages or transfer calls to appropriate personnel; provide routine information. Learn and apply District procedures and policies. Assemble, match, sort, tabulate, check and input a variety of data. Operate standard office equipment including a computer and copy machine. Assemble statistical data for various reports from clearly indicated sources. Maintain various records, reports, documents and files as directed; distribute reports as assigned. Performs a variety of clerical work as assigned including preparing bulk and certified mail. Maintains personnel directory Contacts police, security, fire and medical personnel or procedures required. Performs other duties as assigned.
