City of Beaumont Begins Search for New City Manager Beaumont, Texas (February 20, 2026)—The City of Beaumont has officially launched its search for a new City Manager following the retirement of current City Manager Kenneth Williams, effective April 30, 2026. The city is seeking a highly qualified professional with strong leadership experience, a commitment to public service, and a collaborative approach to municipal management. The City Manager serves as the city’s chief administrative officer and is responsible for implementing policies set by City Council and overseeing day‑to‑day city operations.
