Customer Success Account Manager

Customer Success & Account Manager – Your Job Duties As Customer Success & Account Manager , your time will be focused on approximately 40% customer account management and relationship building, 30% inside sales and account growth, and 30% service coordination and project management. You will: Manage an established portfolio of commercial customer accounts and build long term relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, service requests, and ongoing account support Coordinate service schedules and project timelines with field technicians and operations Track active projects to ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and exceeds customer expectations Communicate proactively with customers regarding project status, scheduling, and service updates Prepare customer quotes and proposals and follow up on outstanding opportunities. Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that provide value to existing customers Maintain accurate CRM records, customer communications, and project documentation. Partner closely with operations and field technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure projects continue moving forward Customer Success & Account Manager – You Have (Required Skills, Experience & Team Fit) You have: Prior experience working in customer service, customer success, account management, inside sales, service coordination, project coordination, or an office support role Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and building positive, professional relationships Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer requests, schedules, and priorities at the same time Experience working on a computer throughout the day, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM or ERP software Experience preparing customer quotes, proposals, work orders, or similar customer documentation Strong written communication skills for customer emails and internal communication. High attention to detail when entering customer information, scheduling work, and maintaining accurate records Ability to work in office daily in Diamond Springs Monday – Friday Customer Success & Account Manager – You Might Have: Experience coordinating field service technicians or service schedules Experience identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services to existing customers Customer Success & Account Manager – Benefits for You Your compensation will be $65,000 to $80,000 annually depending on experience. You will be provided with medical insurance options including employer contribution towards your premium, paid time off, paid holidays and more. You will work a standard Monday-Friday schedule (no planned weekend work). This is a newly created role as a result of continued company growth and expansion.
