Bilingual Patient Services Representative
LiveWell Homecare Agency
The position involves delivering high-quality, efficient patient service in a healthcare setting, including greeting and registering patients, verifying insurance eligibility, and managing waiting areas to ensure timely care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to patients during appointments and check-ins
- Register patients in the EMR system, verifying demographic and billing details
- Monitor waiting areas and communicate delays effectively
- Identify insurance types and confirm patient coverage eligibility
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 2 years of medical office experience preferred
- Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual ability in English/Spanish or English/Polish preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
