Position Summary


Our client is seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Account Manager who can combine strong client relationship skills, operational knowledge, and consultative sales expertise. This individual will oversee a portfolio of accounts in the Palm Beach County area, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and enhancement sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• ClientRelationship Management
• Serveas the primary point of contact for clients.
• Conductproperty walk-throughs, site inspections, and regular client meetings.
• Buildstrong, trust-based relationships through proactive communication.
• Operations Oversight
• Coordinateand oversee maintenance crews, ensuring services meet client standards.
• Monitorlandscape conditions, address service issues, and recommend improvements.
• Enhancement& Ancillary Sales
• Identifyand propose landscape enhancements and ancillary services tailoredto client needs.
• Driverevenue growth through consultative sales while maintaining client satisfaction.
• ClientRetention & Account Growth
• Focuson retention and satisfaction, with scheduled visits and consistent follow-up.
• Buildloyalty through excellent service and long-term account management.
• Administration& Reporting through utilization of Aspire
• Manageaccount budgets, prepare proposals, and maintain accurate records.
• Trackclient interactions, enhancement proposals, and retention metrics.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+years of experience in landscape maintenance, accountmanagement, or a related role.
• Strongorganizational, scheduling, and time-management skills.
• Excellentcommunication and client service skills (verbal and written).
• Provenconsultative sales ability with experience in upselling enhancements.
• Basicknowledge of budgeting, proposals, and account planning.
• Abilityto travel daily to client sites in the Palm Beach County area.
• Validdriver's license with clean driving record (company vehicle provided).
• Bonus:Familiarity with landscape management software like Aspire, CRMtools, or industry certifications (e.g., CLP).
