Manager For Medium And Heavy Duty Body ShopWe are seeking an experienced, energetic manager to who can write estimates and supervise our medium and heavy duty body shop in the Delaware County area.Responsibilities:Build and maintain long term customer relationshipsEstimate/supplement writing for all necessary repair orders including labor and partsObtaining competitive parts price quotesRepair selling, problem-solving, negotiating with insurance and customersManaging body and paint production schedule and efficiency of all techniciansWorking with technicians to ensure the best repair plan is developed for each jobDaily management of technicians and production of body shopEnsure quality control process on all completed jobsRequirements:Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendorsLeadership qualitiesStrong attention to detailDeadline and goal drivenPreferred but not Required Experiences:At least three years of experience as a Body Shop Estimator. Heavy Duty Truck experience is preferredExperience managing other technicians is preferredExperience with estimating software such as Mitchell, Adjustrite, TruckEst or CCC preferredCompensation and benefits:Competitive payPaid time offHealth insurance with company contribution401k with company match
