Hours of Job
- FT nights - 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.
- Every Third Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required
- Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the Nursing Process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Directs and guides patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel.
- Assumes a lead role in patient teaching.
- Places the patient at the center of care practices. Collaborates and interacts positively with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and achieve desired outcomes.
- May be required to work other patient care units or shifts according to the distribution of staff, patients, and/or patient acuity.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed RN or LPN. BSN preferred.
- Previous experience preferred, but not required.
