Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available in a dynamic school environment near Pacoima, CA. This contract position spans the academic year, starting August 11, 2026, and concluding June 4, 2027. Work onsite only and make a direct impact on students’ futures while collaborating with an energetic team of educators and therapists.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in California
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a minimum caseload of 40 students
• Skilled in providing evaluations, direct and consultative therapy, and contributing to IEPs
• Comfortable traveling between multiple school locations within the district
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and staff
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students, adhering to individualized education plans (IEPs) and district protocols
• Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and measure progress toward goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to foster student engagement and inclusion
• Maintain accurate records and document students’ progress in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and team discussions across assigned campuses
• Travel between multiple school sites as required to meet students’ needs
