Phoenix Country Club, located in Phoenix, AZ is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Lead Recreation Attendant 2 ! As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Pay: $17.00 per hour Location: Kids Care Center Schedule: Must be available 5 days out of the week Key Responsibilities Promote a safe, fun, and engaging place for children 6 months – 7 years old Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times Maintain a clean and organized space Check and respond to registration requests regularly and maintain reservation records Assist with administrative tasks as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of one year of experience working with children in a childcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive and outgoing personality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Confidence in administering effective behavior management techniques CPR and first aid certified preferred (we can offer this) Physical Requirements Ability to engage in physical activities, including lifting and carrying materials and small children.
