Family Law Paralegal

The firm is hiring immediately and looking for a motivated paralegal who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, discovery materials, and professional correspondence. Maintain and manage case files, ensuring all records are accurate, current, and compliant with firm procedures. Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, depositions, and court filings. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel with professionalism, patience, and empathy. Support attorneys in trial preparation, including gathering exhibits and organizing supporting documentation. Utilize legal software to manage case information, documents, and billing workflows. Qualifications At least 2 years of paralegal experience, ideally within family law . Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management abilities. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and stay composed under pressure. High attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills, and a positive, professional demeanor. Degree in Paralegal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Word ; experience with Worldox and ProLaw is a plus.
