WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE? Schedule: Your role as a Customer Service Representative will require you to work 9 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday . Some flexibility for some weekends and nights may be needed as well. Customer Service Representative Qualifications: 2+ years of customer service experience Knowledge of ServiceTitan Software Platform High-level expertise using phone, cell phone, text, email, and internet Strong communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor Practical experience and methodology for efficient dispatching Ability to assist customers with scheduling, answering service questions, and troubleshooting issues Ability to work with technicians to ensure satisfaction and job accuracy Motivation to work independently and multitask Bilingual abilities (a plus) #J-18808-Ljbffr Supreme Service Today
