Carpenter Laborer (Commercial Construction)

Colorado Springs / Pikes Peak Region

Looking to start or grow your career in construction? We are hiring Carpenter Laborers who are eager to learn, work hard, and be part of a team. Whether you're helping experienced carpenters, moving materials, or keeping the job site clean, you'll play an important role in building commercial projects throughout the Colorado Springs area.

What You'll Do

• Assist carpenters and construction crews on commercial job sites

• Perform general labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and job site organization

• Learn carpentry and construction skills from experienced crew members

• Follow direction from superintendents and lead carpenters

• Help maintain a safe and productive work environment

• Travel to various project locations throughout the Pikes Peak region

What We're Looking For

• Commercial construction experience preferred

• Carpentry experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools

• Reliable, positive attitude, and team-oriented

• Good communication skills

• Steel-toed boots required

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule

• Monday-Friday

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• 40-hour work week

• Overtime available based on project needs

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
