HVAC Service Technician

Location: Pittsgrove, NJ
Compensation: $26-38/hour, based on experience

Ace Hardware Home Services is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to service, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems throughout the Pittsgrove, NJ market. This role is ideal for a technician with strong troubleshooting skills, customer service ability, and a dependable field-service background.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform service calls and identify equipment issues accurately and efficiently
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain repair recommendations
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards and local codes
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing the Ace Hardware brand

What You Need

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience strongly preferred
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and repair procedures
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Experience

• Residential HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Knowledge of local building codes and industry best practices
• Experience working independently in a field-service environment

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM until finish
