Looking for a stable opportunity with a great team and room for growth? Partners Personnel is seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced distribution environment in Hopewell, VA!
What You'll Be Doing
Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials
Pick, pack, palletize, and prepare outgoing shipments
Operate warehouse equipment including:
- Powered Pallet Jacks
- RF Scanners
- Stretch Wrap Machines
- Banding Equipment
Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records
Ensure products are properly labeled and prepared for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow OSHA regulations and company safety standards
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Experience operating a Powered Pallet Jack
Experience with material handling equipment (MHE)
Ability to use handheld RF scanners
Basic math skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or distribution experience
High School Diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 40 lbs safely
Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift
Work efficiently in a warehouse environment
