Job Summary
Entry-level assembly position responsible for putting together products and components by following work instructions and using hand or power tools.
Key Responsibilities
• Assemble products and components according to written instructions and specifications.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Inspect completed assemblies for visible defects and accuracy.
• Maintain production pace and quality standards.
• Keep the workstation clean and organized.
• Report damaged parts, missing materials, or quality concerns.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not always required.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
