Contract Role Summary
- Manage day-to-day network operations with focus on Load Balancers and DNS
- Provide L2 support, handle escalations, ensure high availability
Load Balancer
- Manage F5 / Citrix / A10
- Configure VIPs, pools, SSL certificates
- Troubleshoot traffic and performance issues
- Manage DNS platforms (Infoblox, BIND, Windows DNS)
- Handle record updates (A, CNAME, MX, TXT)
- Troubleshoot resolution and propagation issues
- Monitor network health and alerts
- Handle incidents, changes, and service requests
- Perform RCA and service restoration
- Strong knowledge of Load Balancers & DNS
- Networking basics (TCP/IP, SSL)
- Experience with monitoring & ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
- AWS/Azure networking
- Basic scripting (Python)
- F5 / CCNA certification
- SLA adherence
- MTTR reduction
- High availability (uptime)
- Change success rate
- Ensures availability of critical applications
- Minimizes downtime and improves user experience
