Kitchen Manager

Are you a strong leader who thrives in fast-paced kitchens, leads by example, and takes pride in building high-performing teams? We’re looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to help lead our culinary operations and deliver exceptional food and hospitality every single day. As second-in-command in the kitchen, you’ll work directly alongside the Executive Chef to maintain quality, consistency, organization, and team culture. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can manage pressure, motivate a team, and keep a busy kitchen running smoothly. If you’re passionate about food, leadership, and hospitality — we want to meet you! What You’ll Do Assist in the preparation and development of food and drink menus Ensure all dishes are executed with exceptional quality, presentation, and consistency Help lead daily kitchen operations in a high‑volume environment Step in for the Executive Chef when needed to direct kitchen operations Train, coach, and motivate kitchen staff Create schedules and evaluate team performance Manage inventory and place supply orders as needed Quickly resolve issues and maintain smooth kitchen operations during service Enforce sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness standards Maintain a positive, professional, and team-focused culture What We’re Looking For Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume kitchen Strong leadership and kitchen management skills Ability to multitask and delegate effectively under pressure Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays Passion for hospitality, food quality, and team development Familiarity with restaurant systems, POS platforms, and Microsoft Office Culinary degree or related certification is great, but not required Current Food Handler Card or Manager Certificate Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) is always a plus!
