HR Program Manager

Responsibilities Support program governance processes and maintain alignment across multiple internal and client-facing workstreams. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and key dependencies to support successful delivery. Track and document risks, issues, and key decisions; Escalate as appropriate. Coordinate Agile delivery activities across project teams and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver regular status updates and reporting for both internal leadership and client stakeholders. Qualifications Experience supporting program or project management efforts within large, complex initiatives, preferably within financial services or consulting environments. Familiarity with project governance frameworks and Agile methodologies. Ability to effectively coordinate across cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including client teams.
