Strategic Director of Real Estate Accounting (LIHTC)

A growing real estate development organization is seeking a Director of Accounting to oversee the accounting lifecycle from development to stabilization for multifamily housing. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of accounting experience, including 4 years in LIHTC accounting, and will manage a diverse portfolio.
