As part of a collaborative team, you will have access to ongoing training, resources, and support while working independently from your home office. Communication tools and technology are employed to facilitate seamless interaction with colleagues and clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough initial evaluations and ongoing consultations to assess client needs and progress during regular care hours. Utilize our state-of-the-art computerized medical/health system to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment plans. Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and seminars, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and remaining knowledgeable about contemporary therapeutic techniques. Collaborate with the directors, interdisciplinary team members, and treatment teams to create comprehensive treatment approaches for complex cases. Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions aimed at addressing a variety of mental health challenges, particularly anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma recovery. Support clients in achieving their personal goals by equipping them with effective strategies to manage problems, worries, and expectations. Patient Population / Client Focus Our client population includes a diverse range of individuals coping with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, relationship difficulties, and trauma-related issues. You will be tasked with understanding each client’s unique background, experiences, and motivations, allowing you to create a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship. Your efforts will significantly impact their recovery journeys and overall well-being. Qualifications A Master’s or doctoral degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, or a closely related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and groups within various settings. Strong proficiency in using computer applications and health information systems to manage patient data effectively. Demonstrated exceptional work ethic and ability to work autonomously while thriving in a remote environment. Prior experience with crisis intervention and creating individualized treatment plans is essential. Preferred Experience Experience in accurately diagnosing mental health conditions and implementing effective treatment strategies. Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize client outcomes. Familiarity with telehealth practices and engagement with clients in virtual environments. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
