Why You'll Love This Opportunity Competitive salary of $90,000–$110,000 plus yearly bonus 401(k) with a generous company match Low-cost medical, dental, and vision insurance Stable, financially strong organization with an excellent reputation Growth potential into Accounting Manager role Supportive leadership team committed to employee development Collaborative work environment Responsibilities Include Prepare and post journal entries while ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions Reconcile general ledger accounts and research and resolve discrepancies Maintain and analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting schedules Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Prepare schedules, documentation, and supporting materials for external audits Ensure compliance with GAAP and established accounting policies and procedures Identify opportunities to strengthen accounting processes and internal controls Partner with cross-functional departments to support business operations, reporting and financial decision-making Assist with special projects and other accounting initiatives as needed Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles Experience with general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation #INSEP2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
