• Number of Staff – 55
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – 1 charge, 2 OBED, 3 OR, 2-3 Antepartum, 10 labor
  • Night Shift – 1 charge, 2 OBED, 2-3 Antepartum, 10 labor
• Patient Ratios – 2:1 labors, 3:1 OBED, 4:1 Antepartum, 1:1 OR
• Type of equipment -
• EMR – CPN and Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for: 

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• OBED
• Circulate C-Sections
• Ability to manage high risk Antepartums
• Labor experience
• Manage COVID patients in labor/C-Section/Antepartum/OBED

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Advanced FM

• C-Sections
• Cerclage
• BTL
• D&C for PPH only

Best personality Fit:

• Int. FM
• ACLS
• BLS
