  • Oversee post‑production scheduling and deliverables, including VFX timelines, color, sound mix, and marketing/delivery materials such as trailers and EPK assets
  • Review production‑related documents and cost reports, analyze and summarize performance, and provide advice and solutions to budgetary challenges while maintaining the creative integrity of the projects
  • Draft and publish film planning documents, such as development and production schedules and countdowns, to keep all partners on track and informed of all deadlines. Proactively communicate any potential schedule challenges and offer workable solutions
  • Supervise internal estimator, overseeing various iterations of budgets and cost reports to review crew rates, incentives and incentive tagging. Develop and supervise system to track charge‑offs and create billing systems for internal overall deals with producers and production long‑term leases
  • Remain up to date on domestic and international production locations, including available incentives, application deadlines, and application process. Provide guidance on best fit for a distant production
  • Coordinate with Production Finance to manage paperwork and approved expenditures per company guidelines
  • Oversee productions working within established franchises and existing IP, ensuring adherence to brand and creative guidelines for sequels, spinoffs, and related properties
  • Able to manage multiple movie projects simultaneously

Qualifications:
