Investment Management Attorney - Private Funds & Compliance

National Investment Co. is seeking a highly qualified attorney with 7-8 years of strong investment-management experience to be based from our NYC or Roseland, NJ office. This role requires expertise in private fund formation and structuring, with a preferred familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. The expected salary range for candidates is $420,000 to $435,000 based on qualifications and location.
