Recruiter

Majority Women Employee‑Owned, HIL is looking for a Recruiter to join our team. The role focuses on recruiting direct‑care support professionals, caregivers, and other related positions. Responsibilities Implement creative and effective recruitment strategies using diverse resources. Actively engage on job boards, job fairs, open houses, networking, advertising and outreach activities to attract talent and promote brand. Screen all applicants and determine next steps based on experience, knowledge, skill, ability, and position requirements. Conduct applicant interviews, schedule top candidates with hiring managers, and track candidates through the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with regional teams regarding candidates, openings, and strategies. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline, proactively sourcing potential candidates. Maintain professional, confidential conduct and strong written and verbal communication. Stay informed on current recruiting trends and related best practices. Work in the Brookfield, WI office 2–3 days per week and travel to events as needed. Qualifications Minimum one year of prior recruitment experience (preferred). College degree (strongly preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized, able to work under tight deadlines with little direction. Exceptional problem‑solving and organizational abilities. Valid driver’s license for at least three years with acceptable driving record; maintains insurance on personal vehicle.
