We are seeking a licensed California Professional Geologist (PG) with environmental consulting experience to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will support a diverse portfolio of environmental consulting, engineering geology, and geotechnical projects while developing into a project and client management role over time.

Perform environmental and geotechnical due diligence investigations for residential, commercial, industrial, and land development projects.

Conduct and manage Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.

Plan and oversee field investigations, including soil, groundwater, and subsurface investigations.

Provide engineering geology support during rough grading and construction activities.

Prepare technical reports, proposals, and environmental evaluations.

Interpret field and laboratory data and develop practical recommendations.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, laboratories, and regulatory agencies.

Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, schedules, and budgets.

Continue developing into project and client management responsibilities.

Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Geology, Earth Science, or a related field.

7-10+ years of environmental and/or geotechnical consulting experience.

Experience with Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, environmental due diligence, geotechnical investigations, proposal preparation, and technical report writing.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience with CorelDRAW is a plus but not required (training provided).

Experience supporting Southern California land development projects.

Familiarity with California environmental regulations.

Previous project management and/or client management experience.

Work on a diverse mix of environmental consulting, engineering geology, and geotechnical projects.

Receive mentorship and support while growing into project and client management responsibilities.
