Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the bartending team to ensure consistent service excellence and adherence to all operational standards.
• Assist with training and mentoring bartenders to foster skill development and cohesive team environment.
• Create and maintain a seasonal cocktail menu, ensuring alignment with club culture and member preferences.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock rotation, to maintain cost controls and minimize waste.
• Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Provide an engaging and hospitable atmosphere for members, offering expert knowledge on cocktails, spirits, beer and wine.
• Uphold all standards for the proper service of alcohol as set forth by Legends Hospitality.
• Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for club members.
• Advanced knowledge of cocktail techniques, flavor balancing, and innovative mixology trends.
• Deep understanding of spirits, beer, and wine, including production processes and proper service techniques.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, schedules, and member expectations.

• Minimum 4 years of bartending experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in menu development and crafting signature cocktails.
• Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and beverages, including production processes, regions, and tasting notes.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client service with demonstrated initiative, leadership, and management skills.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• High level of attention to detail and organization.
• Strong leadership skills.
