Sanford 11th and Gate Clinic

• Sanford Health is seeking BC/BE Family Medicine Physician.

• Join a team of 2 OB/GYNs, with an internist and pediatrician joining later this year, to expand primary care services in Williston, ND

• High community need ensuring a steady, rewarding patient panel

• Flexible scheduling, allowing for growth at your own pace

• Outpatient only with OB optional

• Join one of the Midwest's largest rural healthcare networks

• Visiting specialities include: Sports Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Pediatrics

Competitive Compensation Plan:

• Compensation floor of $350,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

• In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)

  • Additional physician benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
