Provide support to assigned Account Managers and book of business by managing policies, account changes, renewals, rating, and support other areas within the agency, as instructed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process and review policies, issue endorsements, and invoices for the team
- Process certificates of insurance to support our client's ongoing operations
- Assist Account Managers with system updates and client support as needed
- Stay informed of company and industry procedures
- Regularly document all activities and correspondence
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Acquiring state licensing, once hired
- Passion and dedication for continued learning
- A foundational understanding of Microsoft Office; comfortable with modern technology
