WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Financial Services Representative, you will help individuals and families understand their insurance and financial protection needs, identify gaps, and explore solutions that support their goals.

This is a relationship-driven, results-focused position.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Having meaningful conversations with customers and prospects about their financial goals, priorities, and protection needs.

• Identifying opportunities for life insurance, health-related insurance products, and other financial services offered through our agency.

• Proactively reaching out to customers and prospects to schedule appointments and uncover opportunities.

• Conducting needs-based conversations and helping customers understand available solutions.

• Building lasting relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.

• Meeting daily activity goals, appointment expectations, and production targets.
  
  
• Maintaining a strong pipeline and taking ownership of your results.

• Participating in daily coaching, training, role-playing, and professional development.

• Continuously developing your product knowledge, communication skills, and ability to navigate objections.

Financial services or sales experience is a plus.
