Billing ClerkWe are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk. This position is responsible for preparing invoices, processing billing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with account reconciliation. Responsibilities:Prepare and issue invoicesVerify billing accuracy and resolve discrepanciesMaintain customer billing recordsProcess payments, credits, and adjustmentsAssist with collections and follow up on outstanding invoicesSupport the accounting department as neededQualifications:Previous billing or accounting experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and data entryExcellent communication skillsExperience with billing/accounting software is a plus$16/hr. to start Position could become full time with the company.
