Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N) and have a minimium of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT, ARRT-N, or equivalent).
• Registered or eligible PET Technologist credentials preferred.
• Active South Carolina state license as required.
• Proven experience performing nuclear medicine and PET procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of imaging protocols, safety procedures, and quality assurance.
• Ability to interact compassionately and effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt in a dynamic setting.

Core Responsibilities:

• Operate imaging equipment to perform PET and nuclear medicine studies.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with regulations.
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and privacy of all patients throughout the imaging process.
• Coordinate scheduled procedures, verifying orders and patient information.
• Evaluate images for technical quality before submitting them for physician interpretation.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with department and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with medical and technical staff to support optimal patient outcomes and workflow efficiency.
