Receptionist Part-Time (2nd Shift)

Location: Austin, TX Contract: 3months Shift: 1:00 PM 6:00 PM (CT) Pay: $19/hr

Overview: Seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations in a security-focused environment. Strong communication, discretion, and a polished demeanor are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and manage check-ins (eWelcome)
• Issue/track badges and maintain reports
• Answer calls and route messages
• Handle mail, deliveries, and shipping (FedEx)
• Support meetings, events, and conference room bookings
• Maintain employee distribution lists
• Report facility issues and keep reception area presentable

Requirements:

• High school diploma (Associate preferred)
• Prior receptionist/front desk experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and attitude

Compliance: Must be a U.S. citizen or dual citizen eligible for post-hire clearance (CFIUS, U.S. Dept. of Treasury).

Interview Process:

• 2nd Round: In-person
