Senior Systems Administrator

Salary: $145,600 - 249,600 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• We are looking for experience supporting or administering Lonza MODA or a comparable manufacturing data management platform.
• We need working knowledge of GMP or similar regulated production environments.
• We require experience with system configuration, access administration, and incident resolution.
• We prefer experience integrating or supporting data exchanges across MES, LIMS, ERP, or automation systems.
• We value strong troubleshooting ability and solid analytical thinking.
• We need an effective communicator who can partner across technical and operational teams.
• Candidates must have current authorization to work for any employer in the United States.

• We serve as the primary administrator for the MODA platform, ensuring stability, performance, and data integrity.
• We configure system structures such as data models, dashboards, reports, and access controls to support operational and compliance needs.
• We manage user provisioning, security settings, and role-based permissions.
• We provide technical support to manufacturing and quality users by diagnosing and resolving MODA-related issues.
• We perform routine system health checks, preventive maintenance, updates, and patching.
• We ensure consistent data exchange between MODA and connected systems such as MES, LIMS, ERP, and data historians.
• We collaborate with Automation, IT, and operations teams to deliver improvements and enhancements.
• We support computerized system validation activities, including test execution, documentation, and change control in regulated environments.
• We create and maintain user guides, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation.
• We provide user training and ongoing application support.
• We act as a subject matter resource during internal and external audits involving the MODA platform.
