One of our manufacturing clients is seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations at their facility in Riverside, CA.
**Shift: **Days
Pay Rate: $90k-$100k
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure production schedules and customer requirements are met
Lead, coach, and develop production employees to maximize productivity and performance
Monitor workflow, staffing, and equipment utilization to optimize production efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
Identify and resolve production issues while minimizing downtime and operational disruptions
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and engineering teams to support manufacturing objectives
Track and report production metrics, KPIs, and operational performance
Conduct employee training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
4–6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment , including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and workplace safety practices
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or Six Sigma methodologies
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production reporting tools
