How you'll make an impact This is a hybrid role that combines both account management and business development responsibilities. The position carries accountability for client retention and renewal efforts, as well as achieving new business production goals. The individual is responsible for developing and successfully acquiring new revenue opportunities from both prospective and existing clients while delivering a high level of consultative service to an assigned portfolio of accounts. Success in this role requires balancing relationship management, client service, and business development activities to drive growth and maintain strong client partnerships. About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required. License required. Preferred: Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred. Excellent sales capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Behaviors: Position requires excellent communication skills.
