Benefits & Engagement Specialist: LOA & Accommodations

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Benefits & Engagement Specialist in Austin, TX, to enhance the employee experience through effective benefits administration and engagement initiatives. You will support end-to-end administration of benefits programs, manage leave of absence cases, and ensure compliance with regulations while promoting employee well-being. This role requires strong HR Benefits experience and an analytical mindset. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver a seamless benefits experience for employees.
