Hello, I'm Bob, I live in S.Johnson City. I'm a 65yo .disabled veteran. I'm looking for a DEPENDABLE bi-weekly house cleaner that has "Their OWN GEAR, SUPPLY'S and TRANSPORT.". My last cleaner took approx.2-3 hrs..... do my house. ktchn, bth, den and a short hallway. I have 2 bdrms and a lvg rm. that are not used and need only occasional touch up. Please be sincere in your reply, I've had 3- no call / no shows!!! Mean what you say and say what you mean. I'll give you the same courtesy. I'm fair, respectful and kind. I'm pretty neat and independent. I expect an efficient "clean to clean", not just for show cleaning. Organize any clutter etc. I'll have OPTIONAL side work available to you as well.
