Per Diem RN Home Health Admissions/Float

We're seeking a Registered Nurse to support our dedicated Home Health team in an admissions and float capacity.Shift: Per DiemOur service area covers King County. In this rewarding position, the physical therapist works collaboratively with other Home Health team members to admit patients to service and develop a comprehensive plan of care that meets the needs of patients and their families.
