Market Intelligence & Strategy Analyst

Job Summary Market Intelligence & Strategy Analyst supporting Taylor Morrison community positioning through data analysis and competitive assessments. Responsibilities Gather data and produce clear analysis, including visualizations, presentations, and reports. Provide monthly CMA (Competitive Market Assessment) reports for each community. Conduct Buyer Profile Reviews and analyze market demographics to identify consumer preferences. Perform fieldwork competitive evaluations of floorplans and specifications. Conduct focus groups (analysis of surveys and moderation). Communicate key findings in written and verbal form. Demonstrate strong understanding of residential real estate market metrics. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or quantitative field. 1–2 years of experience in competitive assessments and/or market evaluations in homebuilding or a similar industry. Experience in data gathering from various sources and compiling into charts, graphs, tables, and written form. Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels. Local market knowledge is a plus. Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of a training program may override required education and/or experience requirement. Essential Functions Operate in an office or non-manual work environment related to management or general business operations. Use independent judgment on matters of significance. Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule. Access, input, and retrieve information from a computer or electronic device. Participate in face-to-face conversations with customers and coworkers. Sit or stand for long periods and move around the work environment as needed. Operate a motor vehicle if applicable. Physical Demands Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time, frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
