Angels Baseball & Softball Camps Director Angels Baseball Camps is now hiring a Site Director for our summer youth baseball and softball camps throughout Orange County and Riverside County. Overview Angels Summer Camps is looking for a Site Director who is energetic, positive, and loves to inspire youth to make good choices and be accountable for their actions—all while having a great time. We provide equipment, training, and curriculum. You provide leadership that helps campers have a wonderful learning experience and leave with a love of the game, new friends, better skills, and an appreciation for personal accountability. We have positions from Coach to Site Director to serve ages 4‑13. Responsibilities Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers. Supervise, manage, and motivate staff and campers, delivering a high‑level camp experience. Execute the Los Angeles Angels Baseball Camps Curriculum daily under the direction of the Site Director. Provide feedback and suggestions during drills and games. Highlight teachable moments for campers to learn and grow. Collaborate with other team members to uphold the Angels Baseball Camps stellar reputation. Qualifications Experience leading or coaching baseball/softball for children ages 4‑13. Passion for creating a positive impact on youth, families, coaches, and the community. Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Awareness of physical and emotional safety; ability to problem‑solve in real time. Dependable, reliable, and ready to attend all camp days. Comfortable using technology to support camp operations. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willing to drive a rented cargo van when required. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check. Commitment to a 6‑week program (Monday‑Friday), approximately eight hours per day from July 6 to August 14, 2026. Will travel to each site and work in locations such as Irvine. Compensation Weekly range $1,360 to $1,500, based on skill level and experience. Interview Process Invite to complete a one‑way interview. 15‑minute virtual interview with an Angels Camps recruiter. 20‑minute virtual interview with the Executive Director.
