Qualifications:

• Valid Wyoming State Department of Education certification for elementary (K–6)
• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS), required
• Endorsement as an Elementary Teacher (K–6) in Wyoming
• Highly Qualified status under current state guidelines
• Prior experience teaching or student teaching at the 4th-grade level is preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to foster an inclusive, positive learning atmosphere

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans consistent with curriculum standards
• Create a safe, supportive classroom environment for approximately 4th-grade students
• Assess student progress using a variety of methods and provide timely feedback
