The Complex Claims Director will independently handle a diverse pending of high-severity claims underwritten out of the Financial Institutions and Commercial (i.e., Public Company) teams, focusing mainly on Financial Institutions, Errors & Omissions, Directors & Officers, and Fiduciary. This role will have a high level of interaction with internal customers (senior management, underwriters, and actuaries) as well as external customers (brokers, insureds, and defense counsel). Total compensation for a candidate is determined by their relevant skills, location, and experience.
