Entry Level Assembler

What You'll Do

• Assemble small parts by following clear, computerbased instructions
• Use hand tools and basic equipment to complete assembly tasks
• Inspect your work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Package finished parts so they're ready for the next step
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and efficient
• Follow safety guidelines and standard procedures
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production is helpful
• Comfortable using hand tools and following detailed instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks during the shift
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Winona, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
