$100,000+ at plan yearly

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership, specialists, and experienced advisors to share best practices and support continued professional development
• Stay current on industry trends, financial products, retirement solutions, and business planning strategies to provide ongoing value to clients
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative planning, proactive communication, and exceptional service
• Utilize advanced technology, planning resources, and data-driven insights to streamline preparation, enhance client engagement, and improve practice efficiency
• Deliver personalized financial strategies and recommendations that help clients achieve their financial goals and make informed decisions

Qualifications:

• Experience developing financial strategies and presenting recommendations to clients
• 3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, financial planning, insurance, banking, or a related advisory role
• Proven ability to build, retain, and grow a client base through relationship-focused business development
• Must hold FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations licenses
• Ability to work independently while leveraging resources and support to accelerate growth
